Equipped Robbers Attack Actors Odunlade Adekola And Mr. Latin

Two prevalent Nigerian on-screen characters, Bolaji Amusan, famously called Mr Latin, and Odunlade Adekola were assaulted by outfitted thieves on Saturday night. 

The performing artists were coming back from a Glo music appear in Ijebu-Ode, when their autos kept running into the equipped burglars who had laid attack along Ilishan-Sagamu street.


Mr Latin portrayed the trial to PREMIUM TIMES on Sunday. 

"We cleared out Ijebu-Ode after the show and making a beeline for Abeokuta, when at around 7.30 p.m. we kept running into the furnished burglars as of now positioned themselves out and about," he said. 

The on-screen character clarified that Odunlade was driving in front of his auto when he located the detour by the marauders. Odunlade endeavored to make a bypass, however the desperados rained‎ slugs on the tires compelling the auto to a stop, he clarified. 

Mr Latin, who drove in his Toyota Camry behind Odunlade's Toyota Avensis, said he and his associate, close by some of their helpers, needed to forsake their vehicles and keep running into the hedge. 

He said they were in the shrub for just about two hours, while the marauders stripped their vehicles, trucking ceaselessly assets including cash and cell phones. 

"We took to our heels as the burglars sought after us with firearms. We were in the shrubbery for around two hours, before we later recaptured flexibility after the burglars left the scene," Mr Latin expressed. 

He said some vigilante individuals later acted the hero and they were taken to Ogun State University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu for restorative treatment. 

He said‎ the issue has been accounted for to the police and expressed gratitude toward God for saving their lives.
