(PHOTOS) Meet UNILORIN SU Presidential Aspirants For 2017/2018

The University of Ilorin Stuents Union election campaign ban was lifted last week Thursday,and consequently social media and our class areas alike have been littered with shouts of votes for.....I have made it a point to dig into their personality and present them to the whole unilorin community with the most revered office at the SU level

:

1. Jinad Hammed Adeleke aka Fabulous is a 300 level student of the "mother" faculty,the faculty of Education and Department of Arts Education(History edu).This is Fabulous first attempt at an SU office though he served as PRO1 of his faculty.He enjoys swimming,Adventure and Reading.On his approach to life,he believes the tragedy of life is not death,but what we let die.

2. Adebisi Ridwan Abimbola Aka Reedorf is a student of the Faculty of Engineering and technology and currently in 400level.

He was the Welfare secretary of his indigenous organisation, Osun National Students Union (ONSU) and served as the PRO2 of National Association of Osun State Students (NAOSS) (unilorin chapter) and chairman organizing committee for 400Level Faculty of Engineering.

For many who don't know this is Reedorf's second shot at SU elections as he once contested for welfare secretary which he lost.He Likes Reading and dislikes wasting time on Unnecessary things. His Hobbies include watching football as well as creating Humor.

According to him,he believes in the philosophy, 'Que Sera Sera meaning what will be will be'.

3. Oguntade Segun David popularly known as Socrates is a  Senator of the Union.A 300level student of the Faculty of Education.Socrates believes it is either he wins or learn(not lose).The man from education while in the Senate house served as the chairman of the health care committee and has previously been a member of his faculty SRC.He dislikes bullies and enjoys football,traveling and music.

4. Salihu Ridwan Onimasa is a 300 level student of the Faculty of social sciences.He has served as the vice president of Ilorin emirates student Union and had in the past ran for the Hall representative of Lagos male hostel.He loves to write and interact with people and hates bad character.On his thought towards life,He believes that "the major part of our credential to be essential in life is our potential."

5. Arole Mohammed Olaoluwakitan popularly known as Arole is a 300level student of the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of management sciences. He was previously the first caretaker speaker of the SRC, National association of Public administration students. He believes life is a rocky journey and that as we aspire to acquire the desire we admire in life's journey, we should always add life to our days and not days to our life. He enjoys reading, writing and meeting people and dislikes hypocrisy and pretence.
